Those who remain have huge tasks to work with. This will all be for the benefit of people and other creatures.

The night between 25 and 26 June

I dreamt that I saw Chreel absolutely joyous. She was twenty-five years old with medium-length blond hair that stood out a little bit at the bottom. She jumped and ran, her arms waving around in the air, her whole being showed a superhuman happiness, pure rapture.

13 July

It’s been a busy time since Chreel left. It has gone well on the whole, I have got to be left in peace most of the time. I have been reading Jorun’s diary for the last two days. I feel admiration for myself, have I written all this? Yes, unequivocally, I have. I also understand what Chreel has meant to me. Without her, well, I am almost nothing. I have been given space to work with that I love. Who could have known this?

Myself and most other people have gone through life without seeing. It is fortunate that I opened my eyes. You have for eons tried to get me to understand what is going on. Had I woken up earlier – what a lot of misery and evil I would have escaped! Now that the spiral has reached its highest point we, “the Ona and Amper-team”, managed to reach to, or we could say reach back to, the beginning. The correct term is back, because without understanding the beginning, it is impossible to understand the future.

What is soon to take place here on this planet is necessary for it to still exist at all. To be left alive.

I’m so tired sometimes, I do not know what. I work, work day in and day out, night in and night out. I give my love and light to everyone and everything that exists. They do not see it but they are lifted towards a higher frequency and a higher consciousness, it is slow, yet it progresses onward.

You once said that you recognized my style from another man who wrote his verses while healing all he could in those times.

It was hard to be a doctor in the sixteenth century. I am continuing my path alone. I miss my dear Chreel terribly. I hope she can eventually come through after her recreation. I wait for her, my everything.

A woman had baked two cakes. I was taking them to a man who was her lodger.

I dropped one on the road, and left the other one on the kitchen countertop. I was going to go back to get the one I dropped.

I saw two long cigars. It is difficult to express this in other way. One was broken in half. The half that fell onto the ground was gone. From the remaining half several thin threads stack out. It seemed like this woman was both up there and down here. The threads showed this.
